With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Leanne opened Salon Cordeiro in June 2010 with the concept of providing upscale hair services in a warm and decadent environment. As owner and head stylist, Leanne developed the Salon Cordeiro Apprenticeship Program in 2011.  With this program she individually mentors all new stylists over the course of 6 months in advanced cuts, colours and styling to ensure all stylists provide the same consistent service quality. Leanne has stepped away from behind the chair to pursue her passion for education and grown a team of four educators to help mentor in the apprenticeship program. With her passion for education, Leanne developed her Hair Class in 2011 to provide guests with confidence and knowledge to style their hair at home.
